We were very satisfied with the work we got done here, especially in regards to the price. The car looks brand new. Our estimator, Randall, was a super kind and helpful guy! He was very thorough in his inspection and let us know what parts could be reused, which helped us out a lot. He also kept us updated throughout the entire process. Thank you all again. I would absolutely recommend this place.

Ms. Cotto, estimator, provided excellent customer services to me during the estimate phase; follow up; updated me daily on the process and phase that my vehicle was in. Ms Cotto set up my enterprise auto rental. Ms. Cotto, is very knowledgeable about the entire repair process! Mr. Kurt, repair technician, and Mr. Chase, repair technician, did the most outstanding repair work that I have seen in my 64 years of living. Ms. Kaley, CSR, Customer Service Representative, was excellent in moving the repair process along and the enterprise rental!!! I strongly recommend this repair shop to anyone that needs their automobile repair work!!! Best Regards, Willie Douse

These guys are professionals in every sense. They completed my body work in record time and for a price that was much better than I expected. I was also thrilled to receive regular updates on the process so that I was never in the dark about when my car was expected to be ready. They stayed on track and the work is exceptional. While I hate that I had an accident requiring body work on my car. I can honestly say that I could not be more pleased with every part of my experience with Classic Collision.
